This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, request samples or quotes, or correspond with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact and project details you submit through our contact forms, sample-request form, or by email: name, company, role (for example architect, builder, or installer), email address, phone number, postal address, country, how you heard about us, and the details of your project or inquiry.
Sample and shipping details, including the delivery address you give us so that we can send physical finish samples.
Newsletter sign-up: your email address and name if you subscribe to our mailing list.
Correspondence: the content of emails and messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
Cookie and similar data as described in section 3.
Email engagement data: whether a newsletter we send is opened and which links in it are clicked.

5. Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for business or legal purposes. If you request a quote, samples, or otherwise contact us, we may keep the related records so that we can support your project and any later orders, unless you ask us to remove them. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Emails and contact details are kept to support ongoing replies and are not shared with third parties except to complete your request or to meet legal obligations. Website statistics are kept in aggregated form.

6. Your privacy rights, including California rights
