Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Clicklad USA LLC is committed to making clickladusa.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want architects, builders, installers, and homeowners to be able to research our aluminum cladding systems, download technical documents, request samples, and contact us regardless of the technology or abilities they bring to the site.

Our standard

We are making every reasonable effort to have the content of this website conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and to meet the accessible design standards referenced by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard we test against when we design, build, and update the site.

Who we design for

We aim to make the website usable for customers with a wide range of needs, including:

  • screen reader users;
  • people who navigate by keyboard only;
  • people with low or impaired vision, including those who magnify the page;
  • people who are deaf or hard of hearing;
  • people who are colour-blind or have reduced colour perception;
  • people with motor or cognitive disabilities who benefit from clear structure, predictable navigation, and sufficient time.

What we have done

  • Pages use semantic headings, landmarks, and lists so that assistive technology can understand their structure.
  • Navigation, forms, menus, galleries, and the finish selector can be operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Images that carry information have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Text and interface colours are chosen to meet WCAG contrast requirements, and information is never conveyed by colour alone.
  • Text can be resized and pages reflow on small screens without loss of content.
  • Form fields have visible labels and clear error messages, and submissions are not time-limited.
  • Animation and motion are reduced when your device requests reduced motion.
  • Accessibility is checked with automated tools and manual keyboard testing as part of our site updates.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet have been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards, usually because we have not yet found or identified the most appropriate technological solution. Areas we are aware of include:

  • Technical PDFs. Some system sheets, specifications, and certification documents are supplied by manufacturers or testing bodies as PDF files that are not fully tagged for screen readers. If you need the information in another format, contact us and we will provide it.
  • The visualizer. Our interactive finish visualizer is a visual tool by nature. The same finish information is available in text on the Finishes and Products pages, but the drag-to-compare view may be difficult to use with some assistive technologies.
  • Project galleries. Some project photographs may have brief or generic text alternatives while we review and improve them.
  • Third-party content. Embedded maps, videos, and content on partner and certification websites we link to may not meet our standard, and we cannot control their accessibility.

We are working through these items and will update this statement as they are resolved.

Tips for using the site

  • Press the Tab key to move between links, buttons, and form fields; press Enter or Space to activate them.
  • A “Skip to content” link appears at the top of each page when you press Tab, so you can bypass the navigation.
  • Use your browser’s zoom (Ctrl or Cmd plus the + key) to enlarge the page; the layout will adapt.
  • Your operating system’s reduced-motion setting is respected.

Report an accessibility problem

We welcome your feedback. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on clickladusa.com, have difficulty using any part of the site, or need content in an alternative format, please tell us:

  • Email: support@clickladusa.com (please include the page address and a description of the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you are using if you can)
  • Mail: Clicklad USA LLC, 1270 West 134th Street, Gardena, CA 90247, USA

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to fix confirmed issues as quickly as we reasonably can. If you cannot access a document or complete a form, we will provide the information or take your request by email instead.

Ongoing commitment

Accessibility is part of how we build and maintain this website, not a one-time project. We review this statement whenever the site is substantially updated and at least once a year. This statement was last reviewed on October 27, 2026.
